Freight:All prices are F.O.B Santa Rosa orders are sent by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. For orders over 200 pounds shipping by UPS 100 pound rate can save money. Call us for specific rates.

Terms of Sale: C.O.D., Visa, Mastercard, Discover, prepaid, or by arrangement. Merchandise sent via truck, ocean container, or air is freight collect. Orders sent UPS are freight prepaid. Most orders are shipped the same day!

Minimum Orders:No minimum order. We are happy to fill any order, regardless of size. Minimum shipping and handling charge $4.50.

Returns: Items that have been used may not be returned unless they are defective. All defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in limited warranty by each manufacturer. Returns that are not authorized will be refused. Please call for return arrangements. Returned merchandise will only be accepted 30 days after purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns.
